400 gr basmati pirinca
ReplyDelete310 ml kokosvog mleka
120 gr slanog kikirikija, tostiranih
4 kasicice seckanog svezeg korijandera
sveze samleveni biber
Pomesajte pirinac sa kokosovim mlekom, dodajte 2 2/3 solje vode sa malo soli i kuvajte na tihoj vatri 15-20 min dok se pirinac ne skuva i ne upije svu tekucinu. Skinite sa vatre i dodajte sitno seckani kikiriki i lisce korijandera i biber. Promesajte viljuskom.
Coconut Rice
ReplyDelete2 cups basmati rice
1 1/4 cupa coconut milk
3/4 cup salted peanuts, toasted
4 tbs fresh cilantro
fresh pepper
Mix the rice, coconut milk and 2/2/3 cups of salted water. Bring to boil and simmer until the rice is cooked and all the liquid has been absorbed. Mix in peanuts and cilantro. Add black pepper. Fluff the rice with a fork.
